UX/UI Design Consultant (Remote)

• Payout: $15 - $85 per hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a UX/UI Expert to work on a contractor basis. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative user experiences for web and mobile platforms. Your designs will contribute to training next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input that shapes how models learn, reason, and perform. This work is critical to advancing user-centered design in the AI industry, where your expertise directly influences the development of reliable AI agents across domains like finance, healthcare, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.

• Ensure all designs adhere to modern design principles, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative user experiences.

• Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback, research insights, and user testing outcomes.

• Advocate for the user at every stage, balancing aesthetics with usability to deliver exceptional results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating high-fidelity mockups and user flows.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Ability to iterate quickly and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
