Optomi, in partnership with a premier client in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a User Experience Researcher to support a high-impact initiative focused on modernizing internal operations and dispatch systems. This role will help improve the efficiency and usability of tools used by teams managing network outages, work orders, and field technician coordination. The ideal candidate will leverage both qualitative and quantitative research to inform data-driven and AI-supported solutions that streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
This role is designated as remote; however, interested candidates must be based in Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA to collaborate with local teams as needed. This is long-term contract with likelihood of ongoing extension (and potential for conversion to FTE if willing to go onsite full-time).
