Our client, a global leader at the intersection of health, science, and technology, is seeking UX Researchers to support ongoing digital initiatives across their enterprise ecosystem. In this role, you’ll help product, design, and engineering teams uncover user needs, validate concepts, and translate insights into meaningful experiences that are accessible, intuitive, and human-centered. You’ll be part of a growing, cross-functional design team building cohesive digital ecosystems that touch real lives every day. What You’ll Do End-to-End Research Plan and conduct qualitative and mixed-method studies across multiple product areas and audiences. Recruit participants, design protocols, and lead sessions using interviews, usability tests, surveys, and diary studies. Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence product strategy and design decisions. Create reports, share-outs, and storytelling artifacts that bring the voice of the user to life. Collaboration & Impact Partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure research aligns with business and user goals. Advocate for user needs while balancing business and technical constraints. Contribute to research operations and knowledge management practices that make insights easy to find and reuse. Present findings confidently across teams, adapting language and depth for different audiences. What You Bring 4–6 years of professional experience conducting UX research for digital products or services. Proven ability to independently plan, execute, and synthesize qualitative or mixed-method research. Strong communication skills and the ability to distill complex findings into simple, actionable insights. Understanding of usability, accessibility, and inclusive design principles. Familiarity with tools such as UserTesting, Maze, Optimal Workshop, or similar. Experience working in regulated or healthcare environments is a plus, but not required.
