Remote Gaming Support Agent (Turkish + English)
We're looking for a
Customer Support Agent
to join an international support team representing global brands in
consumer electronics and e-commerce
. In this remote role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers via
email, chat, phone, and social media
, offering support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with professionalism and empathy.

What We're Looking For
Proficient in
Turkish
(C1+) and
English
(B2+).
Based in one of the following countries:
Bulgaria, Cyprus or Greece
Genuinely interested in
tech

, and providing excellent service.
Comfortable learning new systems and adapting quickly.
Able to work independently with a reliable home setup.
(Nice to have) Prior experience in
customer service or support
roles.
