Overview The Travel Project Manager oversees and coordinates project activities across multiple data center sites throughout the United States. This role requires frequent travel, on‑site project supervision, direct client communication, and ensuring all work meets operational, safety, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Manage day‑to‑day project activities at various data center locations • Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for clients • Oversee contractors, technicians, and vendors to ensure work is completed correctly and on schedule • Conduct site observations, risk assessments, and progress reviews • Report project status, issues, and updates to internal teams and clients • Ensure compliance with site policies, safety requirements, and project specifications • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation for each site visit • Identify potential delays or challenges and implement corrective actions • Document site findings and maintain accurate project records Qualifications • Experience in project management, construction management, or data center operations • Strong communication and client‑facing skills • Ability to travel frequently across the United States • Knowledge of data center infrastructure is preferred • Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities • Ability to work independently while managing multiple sites and deadlines
