📌 Required Skills & Experience:
✅ Experience coordinating U.S. real estate transactions.
✅ Knowledge of purchase agreements, amendments, disclosures, contingencies, inspections, appraisals, title, escrow, and closing processes.
✅ Experience with:
• Dotloop
• SkySlope
• DocuSign
• Google Workspace
• Microsoft Office
✅ Ability to:
• Track contract deadlines.
• Coordinate with agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and clients.
• Review files for completeness and compliance.
• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
✅ Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
