NeoWork is seeking a Thumbnail Designer to create high-performing thumbnails for podcasts and short-form content. Thumbnails are one of the most critical growth drivers, helping content stand out and drive engagement across platforms. This is a freelance, part-time remote role with consistent weekly volume and long-term opportunity. Responsibilities YouTube Episode Thumbnails Design 15–20 thumbnails per week for long-form podcast episodes Create attention-grabbing visuals optimized for YouTube Match brand identity across multiple shows Short-Form Thumbnails Design 30–50+ thumbnails per week for: Instagram Reels TikTok YouTube Shorts Create scroll-stopping cover images Design Systems & Branding Build and maintain show-specific thumbnail templates Ensure consistent branding across episodes Develop scalable design systems A/B Testing & Optimization Test different thumbnail concepts and styles Iterate based on performance data Collaborate with producers and content teams Fast Turnaround & Communication Provide same-day revisions when needed Work asynchronously with global teams Maintain strong responsiveness Key Performance Indicators Click-through rate (CTR) On-time delivery Visual consistency Speed of revisions Engagement performance
