Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Sales Specialist. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their technical needs, and presenting tailored solutions to address those needs. Key responsibilities include managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, providing technical support during client engagements, and assisting in post-sales customer service. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Technical Sales and Sales with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to support client engagement and foster strong relationships
- Technical Support skills to effectively address client needs and provide expert-level guidance
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and an understanding of digital solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred
Fixed Compensation: $500 USD + Incentive
