Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Experience Level: Mid-Level (2–3 Years) Work type: Full-time, work from home Location: Philippines About the Role We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role focuses on researching, engaging, and nurturing potential clients to support the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS or tech industries, excellent client-facing communication skills, and experience working across APAC, Southeast Asia, and US markets. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach: 1. Identify, generate, research, and qualify potential leads using the company’s custombuilt CRM platform. 2. Conduct outbound activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and SMS outreach, to reach potential clients and book appointments. 3. Maintain accurate records of leads in the CRM and consistently manage the sales funnel to optimize conversion rates. Client Engagement & Communication: 4. Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, maintaining professional and positive interactions. 5. Nurture relationships with leads to maintain engagement until they are passed to Sales Executives. 6. Provide timely feedback to the Sales team on lead quality and outreach effectiveness. Collaboration & Reporting: 7. Work closely with Sales Executives and Marketing to align lead generation strategies and messaging. 8. Track and report key metrics such as outreach volume, lead quality, and progression to qualified opportunities. 9. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and target markets to enhance lead generation efforts. Requirements Qualifications & Experience 2–3 years of professional experience in lead generation using CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Proven skills in outbound outreach: cold calling, email campaigns, and SMS engagement. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Background in software/tech (SaaS) with experience in APAC (Southeast Asia) and US markets. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using productivity tools and CRM platforms to manage leads and workflow. Personal Attributes Proactive, resourceful, and highly organized. Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative. Excellent customer service skills and professional client interaction. Can work independently with minimal supervision.
