We're searching for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for critical technical roles. What You'll Do: Manage the entire recruitment process for technical positions, from initial needs analysis and job description creation to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier tech talent, leveraging a variety of channels, including online job boards, professional networks (LinkedIn, etc.), social media, industry events, and niche tech communities. Proactively build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, anticipating hiring needs and staying ahead of the curve. Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates, assessing their technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and overall suitability for each role. Lead and coordinate various interview stages, including initial screening calls, in-depth technical interviews (potentially involving coding challenges, system design discussions, or technical assessments), and behavioral interviews to evaluate soft skills and cultural alignment. Collaborate closely with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor and providing regular updates on the recruitment process, market insights, and candidate feedback. Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and offer letter generation. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment to continuously improve our talent acquisition strategies. Maintain meticulous records of all recruitment activities within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders, building a strong employer brand and fostering a positive candidate experience. Administer and interpret technical assessments to effectively evaluate candidates' technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and domain expertise. What You'll Bring: Demonstrable success in full-cycle technical recruitment, with a proven track record of placing top-tier talent in software development, cloud computing, data science, cybersecurity, or related technical fields. Deep understanding of various technical roles, skills, and technologies, with expertise in popular tech stacks such as JavaScript (React, Angular, Node.js), Python (Django, Flask), Java (Spring),.NET, Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), mobile development (iOS, Android), and emerging technologies. Mastery of sourcing techniques and experience using a wide range of recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other specialized tech recruitment platforms. Exceptional interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to conduct and interpret technical interviews and assessments effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers at all levels. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter mentality, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve results. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Compensation: PKR 100,000 - PKR 120,000 per month.
