Position Overview The Team Lead Virtual Center will work directly with Fulfillment Center Manager to lead team members' work activities in partnership with Course Material Operations and Warehouse Operations. Ensures all virtual team members receive the appropriate training and education, including ongoing compliance training. Pay Range $12.00-$24.33/hour Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred). Basic computer skills include the ability to create and save text documents and to create and send emails. Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment (preferred). Detail orientation in performing accurate transactions. Self-motivated and multi-tasks with minimal supervision. Proactively meets both internal and external customer needs. Effective work methods and consistently meet commitments Uses sound judgment and decision-making skills. Effective communication skills: clear, concise, and positive.
