Tasks You’ll be a senior member of our Heat Pump Installation team and will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of air source heat pumps in your local area. You’ll lead a number of installer teams and empower them to complete jobs on time, providing expert support where needed. You'll also be responsible for onboarding new teams in your area to make sure you have the right coverage and capacity needed. Responsibilities: Manage installer teams and be responsible for their work in your area Oversee installations and provide input and direction as required Collaborate with electricians and engineers to commission and sign off on installs Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service Onboard new teams in your area as and when required Requirements You’ll be an experienced heating engineer with knowledge of heating system design and the ability to fault find. You’ll also have domestic hot & cold water system knowledge You have significant prior experience installing heat pumps You’ll know the requirements to size, select, install, commission and handover, and maintain air source heat pump systems You’ll have experience of reviewing and challenging technical specifications & mechanical drawings Your a great communicator and have the ability to motivate your teams Valid driver's license with 6 points or less Qualifications: a minimum NVQ level 2 (or equivalent experience) within the Plumbing and Heating pathway WRAS Water Supply Regs G3 Unvented It would be great if you had some of the below too BPEC L3 or equivalent in heat pump installation FGas Gas safe Benefits £52K+ annual base salary Bonus per completed install (Target £8K-12K per year) 28 days of holidays per annum (incl. national holidays) Company vehicle and top-of-the-range tools Ongoing career development opportunities 🌿 Apply Today and Grow with Installio! 🚀 Department Operations Role Team lead Locations Oxford Remote status Hybrid
