Job Summary

Tax Supervisor professionals with strong public practice expertise can support complex SME and mid-market portfolios within a Big Four-level environment. Handle Australian tax compliance, advisory planning, and financial reporting while collaborating with accounting specialists across sophisticated engagements, gaining Australia travel opportunities, mentorship, work-from-home flexibility, and long-term career progression.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3-4+ years of Australian public practice tax accounting experience supporting SME to mid-market clients
• Strong experience in financial statements, workpapers, and income tax returns for AUD 5M-100M+ portfolios
• Solid knowledge of Australian tax legislation, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• CA-qualified or currently pursuing CA, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong technical tax expertise, commercial judgment, and problem-solving capability
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and team leadership skills

Your Daily Tasks

• Provide Australian tax and accounting advisory support across SMEs, family businesses, trusts, partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and listed entities
• Apply technical expertise in Australian tax compliance, accounting standards, and middle-market business advisory
• Manage end-to-end client engagements while partnering with stakeholders and senior leaders on communication, presentations, and strategic delivery
