Job Overview

• Full-time | Day shift | Weekends off
• Work-from-home opportunity with a hybrid setup in Makati
• Travel to Australia and grow your global career
• Earn up to PHP190,000 salary (based on skills, expertise, and experience)
• PHP20,000 non-taxable allowance

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in Australian accounting, taxation, or advisory within corporate or professional services environments
• Background in Australian Public Practice Accounting
• Strong hands-on experience in Australian financial statements, tax workpapers, and income tax returns
• Experience handling SME to mid-market accounting clients with AUD 5M-100M+ turnover.
• Solid knowledge of Australian tax legislation, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• CA-qualified or currently pursuing CA, with a background in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong technical tax expertise with commercial judgment and analytical problem-solving capability
• Experience supporting trusts, partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and mid-market clients

Responsibilities

• Deliver Australian tax and accounting advice across diverse portfolios, including SMEs, private businesses, trusts, partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and small listed entities
• Apply and deepen expertise in Australian tax compliance, accounting, and advisory for middle-market clients
• Manage end-to-end client engagements, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant deliverables
• Lead client communication, including presentations and senior stakeholder interactions
