We are looking for an experienced, highly execution-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and scale our Talent Acquisition-as-a-Service business while managing both client hiring mandates and internal recruitment operations.
Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for building and managing GTM Labs' Talent Acquisition as a Service (TAaaS) function. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, client relationship management, hiring operations, business growth, and team performance.
This role combines recruitment expertise, client management, business development collaboration, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or recruitment agency environments and be comfortable owning revenue, delivery, and operational outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition as a Service (TAaaS) Management
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment projects for startup, Web3, agency, and enterprise clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Manage sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding processes.
- Ensure timely closure of hiring mandates while maintaining candidate quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple functions and industries.
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to generate and onboard new TAaaS clients.
- Build a sustainable pipeline of recruitment clients and recurring business opportunities.
- Participate in client discovery calls, requirement gathering, and proposal discussions.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Contribute directly to revenue generation and growth targets.
Team Management & Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team consisting of:
- 2 Business Development Interns
- 2 HR/Talent Acquisition Interns
- Set performance targets and monitor team productivity.
- Ensure proper execution of sourcing, outreach, recruitment, and client-servicing activities.
- Conduct regular training, reviews, and performance assessments.
Recruitment Operations
- Build and optimise recruitment workflows, SOPs, and hiring processes.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems, hiring dashboards, and recruitment reports.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure operational efficiency.
- Improve candidate experience and client satisfaction throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Internal Hiring
- Support GTM Labs' internal hiring requirements.
- Work closely with leadership to build high-performing teams across departments.
- Manage internship and full-time hiring initiatives.
RequirementsMandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Staffing, Executive Search, Recruitment Consulting, or HR.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience working with startups, agencies, recruitment firms, staffing companies, or technology organisations.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment funnels, and candidate lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience handling multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a performance-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Talent Acquisition as a Service (TAaaS), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), or agency recruitment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
- Experience managing recruitment teams or interns.
- Exposure to startups, Web3, SaaS, AI, technology, or digital business ecosystems.

Compensation
This is a performance-based full-time role with earning potential of up to ₹25,000 per month, based on:
- Revenue generated from TAaaS services.
- Recruitment mandates successfully closed.
- Client acquisition and retention.
- Team performance and operational efficiency.
- Contribution to overall business growth.
High-performing individuals will have the opportunity to grow into Recruitment Lead, Talent Acquisition Manager, or Business Unit Head roles as the TAaaS vertical expands.
