We've grown from 2 to 5 people and work with some of the most exciting startups in AI, helping them find cracked engineers who can turn ambitious ideas into reality.

The Role

As a Talent Engineer Intern, you'll work directly with our team to source founding engineers for AI startups that are building the future.

A snapshot of what you'll do:

• Source top-tier engineering talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, competitive programming leaderboards
• Craft personalized outreach messages that cut through the noise and get responses from candidates who aren't actively job searching
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to build workflows, accelerate research, draft outreach variations, and analyze candidate profiles
• Track metrics and optimize outreach strategies based on response rates and conversion data

You've demonstrated exceptional ability in something, whether that's academics (top-tier GPA, competitive scholarships), athletics (D1 athlete, national competitions), technical achievements (hackathon wins, personal projects with users, open-source contributions), or entrepreneurial hustle (built and sold something, grew a community from zero).

Passion for People + Tech

You're genuinely curious about what makes great engineers tick. You follow the startup ecosystem, read Hacker News or tech Twitter, and care about the intersection of people and technology. You don't need to code, but you should be excited about working with people who do.

Self-Starter Who Thrives in Fast Environments

You figure things out quickly without needing hand-holding. You're comfortable with ambiguity, can prioritize your own work, and actually enjoy the chaos of a fast-moving startup. When you don't know how to do something, you research it, ask smart questions, and ship results.

Intellectually Curious

You like learning how things work, whether that's understanding why a Codeforces Grandmaster is impressive, what makes a founding engineer different from a senior engineer, or how equity vesting schedules work.
