About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Success Coordinator to join their growing remote education support team.
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity with full training provided, ideal for graduates, administrators, customer service professionals, and individuals passionate about education and learner development.
As a Student Success Coordinator, you will support students throughout their learning journey, helping to create a positive educational experience through effective communication, administration, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Support students throughout their educational journey.
Assist with student onboarding and induction activities.
Respond to student enquiries via email, telephone, and online platforms.
Monitor student engagement and provide ongoing support.
Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and student support activities.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent student experience.
Assist with reporting and administrative tasks.
Support student retention and engagement initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Interest in education, training, student services, or customer support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Previous administration, education, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is advantageous.
No previous education sector experience required – full training provided.
