ABOUT THE ROLE
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Strategy Operations Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting business initiatives, operational planning, process improvement, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, organizational skills, analytical abilities, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support strategic and operational business initiatives
- Assist with project planning and execution
- Track key performance indicators and business metrics
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational summaries
- Coordinate activities across multiple departments
- Maintain project documentation and operational records
- Analyze data and identify process improvement opportunities
- Support workflow optimization and efficiency initiatives
- Assist leadership teams with operational planning
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables
- Conduct research and compile business insights
- Support special projects and strategic priorities
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or related field)
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, customer service, or support roles
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reports
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional, dependable, and results-oriented mindset
