Staff Accountant Executive Summary The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive financial reporting, sophisticated accounting analysis, and stringent regulatory compliance. We seek a strategic professional dedicated to optimizing financial workflows and ensuring institutional adherence to international accounting frameworks (US GAAP). Key Responsibilities Manage the full accounting cycle, including the recording of journal entries for revenue, expenses, and cost of goods sold (COGS). Prepare and analyze general ledger accounts alongside monthly financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet items, and complex intercompany transactions. Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing processes while collaborating with global finance teams. Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and schedules for major audit firm reviews. Implement internal controls across financial, administrative, and accounting processes to ensure SOX compliance. Analyze company contracts and service orders to guarantee proper accounting recognition. Review payroll accounting, taxes, and conduct detailed treasury analysis. Professional Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Public Accounting, or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in core competencies including US GAAP Strong experience implementing and managing ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, or Dynamics 365. Ability to create Balance Sheet reconciliations Proficient in Excel Solid problem-solving skills with a commitment to accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement. Fluency in English.
