This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking customers and includes the benefit of paid relocation to Greece. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking Dyson customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and after-sales service. Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining positive customer relationships. Record and maintain detailed notes of customer interactions using CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on Dyson products, policies, and industry trends. Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred. Previous experience in customer service, ideally in consumer electronics or retail. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
