Role Overview As a Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting strategic initiatives focused on customer service operations and sales. Reporting directly to the Engagement Manager, you will assist in the management and execution of key projects, with responsibility for specific deliverables and client-facing activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a client-facing role and contribute to the success of our client engagements. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Support - Assist the Engagement Manager in managing and executing end-to-end projects focused on improving customer service operations and sales effectiveness, including project planning, research, data analysis, and development of recommendations 2. Client Engagement - Engage with clients to understand their needs, gather data, and support the delivery of project updates; collaborate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops 3. Data Analysis - Perform data analysis using Excel and other tools to extract insights, identify trends, and support decision-making; develop robust Excel models and data visualizations 4. Deliverable Creation - Contribute to high-quality PowerPoint presentations and reports that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations 5. Research & Knowledge Development - Stay updated on industry trends, customer operations practices, and emerging technologies; contribute to the firm's intellectual property 6.
