Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Director to oversee global sourcing and supply chain resource management for the company's jewelry-related products. This role requires strong supplier management skills, sourcing strategy development abilities, and cross-departmental collaboration skills to support the company's long-term business development and stable supply chain operations.

This position is suitable for senior professionals with backgrounds in the jewelry, luxury goods, precious metals, or international trade sourcing industries.

Job Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement the company's procurement and supply chain development strategy.

Establish and maintain a stable domestic and international supplier resource system.

Evaluate supplier quality, delivery capabilities, and long-term cooperation value.

Lead procurement negotiations, cost optimization, and contract management.

Coordinate cooperation between the procurement, production, operations, and management teams.

Monitor market trends, raw material changes, and industry supply conditions.

Optimize procurement processes to improve supply chain efficiency and stability.

Ensure procurement processes comply with company operating standards and industry norms.

Manage long-term procurement plans and inventory coordination.

Support the company's international business and cross-regional supply cooperation projects.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in supply chain management, international trade, business management, or related fields.

Must have over 20 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or the jewelry industry. Work Experience:

Priority will be given to candidates with a background in jewelry, precious metals, or luxury goods procurement.

Experienced in establishing supplier resources and international procurement.

Excellent business negotiation and communication skills.

Experience in team and project management.

Ability to adapt to remote collaboration and international business communication environments.

Excellent English business communication skills.

Familiarity with procurement processes, supply chain management, and industry operating models.
