We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who is responsible for social media platforms to promote businesses, brands, products, and services. They manage the company’s social accounts, develop social media strategies, and create social content and ad campaigns. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute social media campaigns for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others Create and share engaging daily content, including text, images, and videos that promote the company’s brand Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools to ensure consistent posting. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (impressions, engagement, reach, website traffic, keyword rankings) to identify trends and areas for improvement. Measure the success of social media campaigns using KPIs work in google sheets to develop client facing needs (excel documents) Stay on top of current social media trends and evaluate how the company can best participate Monitor client engagement and interact with clients on social media posts Moderate user-generated content for appropriateness Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is informative and appealing
