We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Intern who can help us strengthen our online presence through engaging content and consistent social media management.

Location: Remote

Duration: 4 Months Internship

Stipend: Performance Based

Potential Full-Time Remote Opportunity: Based on performance after 4 months

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content, including graphics, carousels, reels, stories, and short-form videos.

• Edit videos by adding captions, transitions, graphics, music, animations, and other enhancements.

• Schedule, publish, and manage content across social media platforms while maintaining a consistent content calendar.

• Write compelling captions and optimize content for reach and engagement.

• Repurpose existing content, workshop recordings, and testimonials into social media assets.

• Track performance metrics, analyze engagement, and recommend improvements.

• Research industry trends, competitors, and content opportunities.

• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, events, launches, and brand-building initiatives.

• Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all content.

Requirements

• Strong video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, and social media videos).
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and social media best practices.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Good written English and caption-writing ability.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing social media accounts.
• Knowledge of content strategy and audience engagement.
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and productivity.
• Photography, videography, or motion graphics skills.
• Interest in education, communication, leadership, employability, or professional development.
