We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join a major enterprise program supporting critical business and technology initiatives.

This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines, working directly with Australian delivery teams and stakeholders.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Test Analyst with strong experience across test planning, test execution, integration testing, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will be responsible for driving quality outcomes across multiple workstreams while working closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities, and delivering high-quality testing outcomes within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive Test Plans and Test Strategies
• Design and execute test cases aligned to business and technical requirements
• Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and Production Verification Testing (PVT)
• Manage test cases and test execution using JIRA and X-Ray
• Validate middleware integrations and data flows between systems
• Identify, log, and manage defects through to resolution
• Produce Test Summary Reports and testing status reports
• Collaborate closely with project teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks
• Ensure testing activities are delivered within project timelines
• Support SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing activities

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' experience as a Senior Test Analyst
• Proven experience developing Test Plans and testing documentation
• Strong experience with JIRA and X-Ray
• Experience with Middleware Testing and data validation
• Strong Functional Testing experience
• Integration Testing experience
• Regression Testing experience
• Production Verification Testing (PVT) experience
• Strong defect management skills
• Experience producing Test Summary Reports
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Highly Desirable

• Previous experience within the tertiary education sector
• Experience working on large enterprise transformation programs
• Exposure to Agile and hybrid delivery environments
• API testing experience
• Data testing experience
