Overview Job DescriptionAs Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be focussing on supporting business units to accomplish their hiring goals by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our Media roles LATAM. You will be involved in defining, designing, and implementing recruitment strategies for PGD with a focus on attracting top talent, partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the globe, work closely with the LATAM talent team in order to fill requisitions as quickly as possible while you continue to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.Your exceptional sourcing skills and deep technical expertise, along with your passion for creating a seamless candidate experience will be what sets you up for success in this roleOwn full-cycle Recruitment for your various roles from top-of-funnel strategy to running point on offers and closing candidatesBuild relationships and collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, goals, and define talent acquisition strategiesDesign and implement recruiting programs that drive organic applicants from recruitment marketing to referral initiatives to attending and hosting eventsStay ahead of the game by building and nurturing relationships with top passive talentSource active and passive candidates across a variety of channels and communitiesStrike the right balance between volume and qualityUse market intelligence and funnel metrics to optimize your TA strategyChampion a differentiated, exceptional candidate experiencePartner with the broader Recruiting team to continuously improve our processesContribute your expertise on the market, workforce planning, interview best practices, and effective recruiting process to ensure we have operational excellence across our talent functionOther duties as assigned Qualifications Qualifications3+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience, specifically in a high-growth/ high-performance environment in a competitive marketCommunication is one of your strengths.
