The Job: You will be part of our Sales team, driving the growth of our PRO seller business by building and scaling strategic partnerships across platforms, SMB ecosystems, and institutions. In this role, you create new acquisition channels and unlock scalable revenue streams through external partners. You work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to bring integrations and partnerships to life. This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Director, Sales. You bring 5–8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or platform ecosystems. You have a proven track record of building partnerships that generate measurable revenue impact. You combine a strong commercial mindset with ownership of targets and results. You are comfortable discussing technical topics such as APIs and integrations. You are curious and proactive in leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and decision-making. You’re fluent in German and English Nice to have: Experience in e-commerce, SMB SaaS, or marketplace environments. Define and execute a partnership strategy across platforms, SMB SaaS, and ecosystem players to drive subscription growth. Own the full partner lifecycle from sourcing and negotiation to contracting, launch, and scaling. Design and implement scalable commercial models (e.g. CPA, revenue share, tiered incentives). Collaborate with Product and API teams to enable and launch technical integrations. Drive partner activation through co-marketing initiatives and continuously optimize performance. Act as a cross-functional bridge between Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure successful partner outcomes.
