Your tasks We are looking for a Partnerships Manager focused on distribution partners (agencies, resellers etc.) with a s trong outbound and commercial focus. The role will start with a dedicated focus on one core brand (e.g. Shore) to build and validate a repeatable partner recruitment and activation motion. Over time, this role has the potential to expand to other SaaS brands within our portfolio, applying the same distribution playbook to drive scalable partner-led growth. Developing Smart Inbound Funnels Ai-powered Lead Nurturing Maintaining and developing a structured affiliate program Data-driven optimization of all funnels with a clear ROI focus 4 AI-Implementation Cross-team collaboration Your profile Highly outbound-driven, with consistent daily prospecting and outreach activity. Strong commercial focus, with clear ownership of pipeline growth and revenue generation Proven outbound sales capability, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion. Experience working with distribution or channel partners to drive business growth. Data-driven mindset, comfortable managing pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and performance tracking. Builder mentality, able to operate effectively in evolving or not fully established systems. Ability to develop and scale successful working models across multiple SaaS brands.
