Responsibilities: Find leads and nurtures long-term relationships with our affluent and high-net-worth customers. As a startup, we expect you to lead by example and be hands-on with getting new clients, developing existing relationships, and resolving any issues that arise to provide the best customer experience. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in Financial Services and a keen interest in the Crypto industry, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will help us develop our revenue and grow our customers. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets Proven experience as a people manager and team leader Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus Background in serving affluent and high net worth customers a plus Background in financial services a plus Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction) A customer-oriented attitude Excellent communication and negotiation skills Problem-solving aptitude Ability to work well with a team
