About this role
We are currently looking for an independent and proactive Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process , including hiring for fast-growing industries such as Сonstruction, Real estate, Marketing, Сrypto, Web3, and tech . Responsibilities Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, create job descriptions, and build strong partnerships throughout the recruitment process. Develop sourcing strategies and attract candidates through various channels. Conduct initial interviews and assess both soft and hard skills . Guide candidates through the entire hiring process — from the first contact to offer and onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in internal HR systems. Experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, digital, or startup environments . Strong spoken English (B2 or higher) - you will work with international candidates and clients. Interest in Construction/Real Estate/Marketing/Crypto/Web3 industries . Experience in recruitment agencies will be a plus. Fixed salary + bonus for each successfully closed position.
