Senior QA (5y+) Our top three requirements in priority of importance: 1. Communication: The resource must have the ability to clearly communicate in English and communicate with stakeholders (both Developers, Product Owners, and BAs). 2. Ownership of test practices for product: As the sole testing resource for the team/product, we need a resource that will lead QA independently and drive QA outcomes for the product. 3. Mobile App testing experience: The product is completely mobile based, and we need a resource that is comfortable with mobile testing processes (manual or automated) and understands the mobile testing with a UX mindset.
