Role Description The Senior Physiotherapist at MantraDoc will provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy consultations to patients via remote channels, including video and phone sessions. This part-time remote role involves assessing patient conditions, developing personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans, and guiding patients through exercises and self-management strategies. The Senior Physiotherapist will document clinical findings, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. The role also includes collaborating with other healthcare professionals on the platform, educating patients on injury prevention and lifestyle modification, and maintaining accurate, compliant clinical records. The physiotherapist will contribute to clinical protocols and may support the development of educational content for patients.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical physiotherapy skills, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
• Proficiency in remote/telehealth consultation practices, including clear patient communication, virtual assessment techniques, and digital documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex clinical concepts in a patient-friendly manner and build trust remotely.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple patient appointments, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently in a part-time schedule.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards in physiotherapy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution, with current, valid professional licensure/registration as required by local regulations.
• Several years of independent clinical experience, preferably including experience in telehealth or digital health settings.
• Comfort with using digital platforms, electronic medical records, and video conferencing tools; ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and conditions; additional certifications in areas such as sports physiotherapy, orthopedic manual therapy, or neurological rehabilitation are an advantage.
