As a graduate trainee, your responsibilities include shadowing a mentor during the departmental rotation, gaining hands-on experience, and often receive mentorship to develop skills and participating in learning experiences. To be successful as a graduate trainee, you should be willing to learn about aspects of the company. An outstanding graduate trainee should foster good relationships with all departments and leave a lasting imprint. Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned. Help managers complete daily tasks Understand each department’s daily processes and goals Participate in company’s strategic planning Create and give presentations Requirements: Fresh Graduate (minimum GPA 3.00) Bachelor’s degree in any major but sciences, Math, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Communications preferred. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both oral and written) Able to work individually or in a team Strong interest to build a career in media advertising Analytical thinker and a problem-solving attitude Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office Strong verbal and written presentation skills Indonesian citizens What you can expect from working at M&C Saatchi Performance A vast insight into the world of digital marketing and in-depth knowledge across search and social advertising.
