The Senior Operations Manager will oversee and support the General Managers in executing the day-to-day operations of both company and franchise-owned restaurants within their assigned region. This role is crucial in ensuring that all locations meet the company’s quality, service, and profitability standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational success. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Operations Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight: Ensure all restaurants in the region adhere to company standards and policies through regular visits and virtual inspections. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to restaurant managers to enhance their skills and performance. Compliance: Ensure all locations comply with health, safety, and labor regulations. Franchise Relations: Support franchisees in achieving their business goals and maintaining brand standards. Beverage Program Oversight: Directly manage and develop our beverage program.
