Senior Media Buyer (Remote)

We are seeking a high-level Google Ads Media Buyer with proven experience in scaling dropshipping e-commerce businesses. This is a critical hire for our team, focused on driving aggressive growth through data-driven campaign management and strategic optimization across large product catalogs.

The ideal candidate is not just an operator, but a strategic thinker who has successfully scaled ad accounts from mid-six-figure monthly spend to seven figures and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale Google Ads performance across a large dropshipping product catalog (1,000+ products / multi-SKU environment)
• Manage and optimize product feeds and Shopping campaigns, including:
• Identifying winning products and scaling them
• Eliminating underperforming SKUs
• Develop and execute strategies to:
• Increase ROAS
• Scale ad spend efficiently
• Continuously test new products, creatives, and campaign structures
• Analyze performance data and identify growth opportunities across the account
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on scaling opportunities and market positioning
• Collaborate with the team via Slack and periodic calls, maintaining clear and proactive communication

Key Requirements

Experience

• Proven experience as a Google Ads Media Buyer in dropshipping (non-negotiable)
• Managed $100K+ monthly ad spend, ideally scaling to $200K–$300K+ and beyond
• Demonstrated success scaling accounts from ~$200K–$300K/month toward $1M+ revenue levels
• Deep experience with:
• Google Shopping / Performance Max
• Product feed optimization
• High-volume SKU management
• Strong understanding of the differences between DTC brands vs. dropshipping models [

Technical & Strategic Skills

• Expertise in ROAS optimization and scaling frameworks
• Ability to work with large, dynamic product catalogs
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Experience identifying:
• Scaling opportunities
• Budget allocation strategies
• Performance bottlenecks

Soft Skills

• Highly independent and self-driven (minimal supervision required)
• Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving ability
• Strong communicator (async + occasional calls)
• Results-oriented with strong ownership mentality

Success Metrics (KPIs)

• Improve ROAS from ~2.0 to 3.0+
• Scale monthly ad spend from ~$100K to $200K–$300K+ while maintaining or improving efficiency
• Identify and scale winning products within a large catalog
• Drive consistent, profitable growth in revenue

Compensation

• $4,000 – $6,000 USD per month (depending on experience and performance it can go higher)
