Having managed millions in advertising spend and helped clients grow from early-stage traction to multi-seven-figure businesses, they're now looking for a Senior Media Buyer who can take ownership of campaign performance and help their clients unlock the next stage of growth.

This isn't a role for someone who simply launches campaigns and checks performance dashboards.
You'll be trusted to own results across a portfolio of clients β managing spend, testing creative, improving funnel performance, and making commercial decisions that directly impact revenue. You'll work closely with founders and internal teams to identify growth opportunities, uncover performance bottlenecks, and turn insights into action.

π οΈ What You'll Be Doing
You'll own paid acquisition performance across multiple client accounts while helping shape the growth strategy behind every campaign.
Campaign Management
- Launch, manage, and scale paid media campaigns across primarily Meta, with occasional campaigns across LinkedIn and Google.
- Manage lead generation, webinar registration, booked call, and high-ticket application funnels with a strong focus on performance and profitability.
- Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPM, CVR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and LTV to make informed optimisation and scaling decisions.
- Allocate budgets effectively across campaigns, audiences, and creative variations to maximise efficiency and return on ad spend.
- Apply structured testing frameworks and maintain consistent creative testing and refresh cycles to prevent performance fatigue.
Creative & Growth Strategy
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure paid media strategy aligns with client offers, customer journeys, and broader business objectives.
- Translate campaign goals into clear creative briefs designed to generate attention, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify winning hooks, messaging angles, and creative formats, providing actionable feedback that improves future performance.
- Collaborate with AI-powered creative workflows to develop and iterate on high-performing static and video advertising assets.
- Contribute strategic recommendations that help clients scale beyond paid media and improve overall funnel performance.
Tracking & Reporting
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across Meta Pixels, Conversions API, GA4, and other reporting systems.
- Work alongside technical and analytics teams to validate conversion tracking and maintain data integrity.
- Maintain performance dashboards and provide regular reporting that highlights insights, opportunities, risks, and next steps.
- Use funnel and campaign data to develop clear action plans that improve acquisition efficiency and client results.
π§ What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Have significant hands-on experience managing and scaling paid media campaigns across Meta Ads.
- Be confident managing monthly advertising budgets of $40,000β$100,000+ while maintaining strong commercial performance.
- Have a deep understanding of campaign structure, testing methodologies, creative strategy, and platform-specific scaling tactics.
- Be highly analytical and able to interpret performance data across the full customer journey, not just individual campaign metrics.
- Bring a relentless testing mindset, constantly experimenting with creative, audiences, offers, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
- Have strong direct response marketing experience and understand what drives conversions at every stage of the funnel.
- Be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Take ownership of results and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance rather than waiting to be directed.
Most importantly, you're commercially minded. You understand that media buying isn't about generating clicks β it's about driving profitable growth and helping businesses scale.
