You will manage projects end-to-end—from planning to implementation and handover—ensuring they deliver value to the business. This role works closely with business teams, IT stakeholders, and external vendors to drive digital transformation initiatives across areas such as business applications, data analytics, infrastructure, cloud, and automation. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables Lead project planning, execution, testing, deployment, and transition to operations Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly communication Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and provide regular status updates Identify risks and issues, implement mitigation plans, and escalate where necessary Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on project goals Manage vendors and external partners to ensure successful delivery Oversee testing cycles, defect resolution, and system readiness Develop cutover and hypercare plans to support smooth implementation Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and standards Support continuous improvement of project management practices and tools Participate in project prioritisation and portfolio planning activities Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in IT project management Experience managing projects using tools such as Smartsheet or similar Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Highly organised and detail-oriented Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, CSM) Desired Attributes Experience managing projects in areas such as IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, HR, or finance systems Exposure to digital transformation or enterprise IT initiatives Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment Strong leadership and team coordination skills Good negotiation and vendor management capabilities Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage Alignment with Jet Aviation’s values: Trust, Honesty, Alignment, and Transparency
