Senior Functional SAP TM Consultant (m/f/d) Start: Immediately Location: Hybrid, Antwerp Occasional travel to the office or to customer appointments At KPS Belgium, we are looking for an experienced Senior SAP TM Consultant to lead the design and implementation of SAP Transportation Management solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering key project milestones, including blueprints, functional and technical specifications, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. Who we are looking for: Several years of experience as an SAP TM Consultant and min. 2 full-cycle implementations Strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes within SAP landscapes Broad SAP knowledge and solid understanding of system integrations (e.g. EWM, SD, MM) Ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient SAP TM solutions Experience in stakeholder management and mentoring junior consultants Based in Belgium with excellent English and Dutch skills Your responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects, managing all phases from planning to go-live Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and design solution architecture Configure and optimize SAP TM solutions, providing guidance on best practices and integration topics Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Facilitate key user trainings, workshops, and change management activities Support pre-sales activities and ensure documentation, compliance, and governance standards What we offer: Exciting projects with renowned clients and innovative SAP technologies International environment with flat hierarchies and ownership from day one Training and career development opportunities Competitive compensation and flexible working models Extended sickness insurance Additional pension scheme Company car with fuel card Department SAP - Consulting Locations KPS Antwerpen Remote status Hybrid
