B2B Growth & Demand Generation (Core Focus) Build and execute full-funnel B2B marketing strategies Drive MQL β SQL β pipeline growth Own both: Inbound (content, SEO, organic) Outbound (email, LinkedIn, campaigns) Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue contribution Build scalable growth systems , not one-off campaigns 2. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing Manage campaigns across: LinkedIn Ads Google Ads Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) Optimize for: CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates Run structured testing across: Audiences Creatives Messaging Landing pages Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency 3. Content, SEO & Organic Growth Support SEO strategy + keyword targeting Improve organic traffic and inbound demand Align messaging across: Paid Organic Outbound Optimize landing pages and funnels for conversion 4. CRM, Email & Marketing Operations Own marketing workflows in: HubSpot (or similar CRM) Build: Nurture sequences Lead scoring systems Automation workflows Improve: Attribution Reporting visibility Campaign analytics 5.
