Role Description This is a full-time remote opportunity for Marketing Managers, App and Web Developers, Video Editors, and Fresh Interns. Marketing Managers will plan and execute digital campaigns, manage social media and paid channels, analyze performance metrics, and coordinate with creative and development teams to optimize results. App and Web Developers will design, build, and maintain responsive websites and applications, implement UI/UX designs, ensure performance and security, and troubleshoot issues. Video Editors will edit raw footage, add graphics and sound, optimize videos for multiple platforms, and collaborate with marketers and designers to deliver brand-aligned content. Fresh Interns will support ongoing projects through research, content and asset preparation, basic campaign or development tasks, and administrative support while learning industry tools and best practices.
Qualifications

• Marketing and digital strategy skills, including campaign planning, social media management, SEO basics, and performance analysis.
• Web and app development skills such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript or similar languages, framework knowledge (e.g., React, Flutter), and responsive design.
• Design and video production skills, including basic graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and familiarity with common editing tools.
• Content and communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, basic copywriting, and collaboration across teams.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools and technologies, and accept constructive feedback.
• Relevant academic background or training in marketing, communications, computer science, design, media, or a related field (interns may be current students or recent graduates).
• Prior experience or portfolio (where applicable) in digital marketing, development, or video editing is preferred but not required for intern roles.
