This person will design, develop, and deploy predictive models, machine learning solutions, and analytical frameworks that support product innovation and strategic decision‑making. Key Responsibilities: Build and optimize machine learning models and statistical algorithms. Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and insights. Develop dashboards, visualizations, and automated reporting tools. Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate data‑driven insights into strategy. Validate model performance and ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability. Communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Support ongoing AI/ML initiatives across the organization.
