Role Description

Our client is growing its German venture, and we are recruiting founding teammates on their behalf. You will join at the very beginning, working with leading clients in the financial sector and helping shape what the new German organization becomes.

This is a full-time REMOTE role for a CX Engineer based in Germany. Candidates in Berlin or Frankfurt are preferred, but as the role is fully remote, we welcome applications from anywhere in Germany.

As a CX Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize customer experience solutions using cutting-edge technologies. Day to day, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer interaction systems, automate workflows, deploy AI-powered innovations, and troubleshoot complex technical issues while ensuring operational excellence and scalability. You will also manage unified communications workflows, maintain system documentation, and stay current with industry best practices to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (written and spoken)
• Experience in designing and deploying customer experience (CX) solutions, including AI-driven technologies
• Expertise in Unified Communications, contact center transformation, and digital strategies
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, systems integration, and workflow optimization
• Proficiency in cloud technologies and modern software tools related to CX
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and with clients
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Familiarity with leading platforms and tools in customer experience solutions
• Professional certifications in relevant technologies are a plus
• Good English skills are a plus
