This position will be responsible for owning and overseeing the relationship of the clients assigned to you. You will do so through the execution of clearly defined strategic initiatives that enable efficient operations and increase client engagement. Key responsibilities In collaboration with the leadership, and senior staff, manages the day-to-day relationship of the clients, partners, or vendors. Develop relationships to drive client, partner, or vendor engagement through developing solutions for business-critical issues and implementing long-term engagement strategies Provide mentorship and coaching to less experienced account/relationship managers Collaborate with internal departments to manage client, partners, or vendors performance guarantees, ensuring optimal distribution processes are adhered to Own and manage with the preparation and development of presentation materials for client, partner, or vendor Leadership, the Executive Team, Senior Leadership Team, and external stakeholders. Plan and strategize to retain and strengthen current relationships through monthly reviews with leadership teams, and quarterly reviews with the ELT. Develops and manages relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners as necessary for optimal client project delivery. Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, communications, or related discipline; minimum plus 4 years’ experience may substitute for minimum education requirements Five or more years’ account/relationship management experience or related experience in a consulting, healthcare, or similar setting. Preferred qualifications Master’s degree 7 or more years’ account/relationship management experience or related experience in a consulting, healthcare, or similar setting.
