In this role, you’ll manage campaigns end-to-end — optimizing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our marketing investments translate into measurable impact. You’ll collaborate closely with operations, analytics, and creative teams to scale our brands efficiently and strategically.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Own advertising tools such as Amazon Ads and Google Ads
• Work with a high degree of autonomy and self-sufficiency
• Cross-functionally collaborate with operations and growth teams to optimize landing pages, driving measurable increases in conversion rates.
• Collaborate with other teams to establish an alignment on KPIs, ensuring holistic campaign performance with an emphasis on metrics like Margin, TACOS, Sales, etc.
• Put forward new innovative ideas to test to drive performance improvements
• Report results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

💡 What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads
• Proficiency with Excel or Tableau/Power BI/Google Data Studio (data manipulation, basic formulas, making charts, pivot tables, and analyzing data)
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience utilizing data to drive improvements
• Ability to make technical requirements for analysts to automate the reports you need
• Ability and understanding of how to scale advertising campaigns
• Strong English
