Position Details

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Employment Type: Contract (2 Years – Renewable Every 6 Months)

Work Model: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite / 3 Days Remote)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Eligibility: Immediate Joiners & Valid Hungary/EU Work Permit Holders Only

Role Overview

The SAP PTP Systems Analyst will support global SAP project execution, enhancements, testing, deployment and production support activities across Procure-to-Pay processes including Purchasing, Procurement, Vendor Management, Invoice Verification and Source-to-Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end SAP project lifecycle activities including design, build, testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Coordinate with business users, development teams and external vendors.
• Support IT testing, SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Ensure adherence to Agile delivery and ITIL processes.
• Support change requests and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with global SAP teams and architects.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong experience in SAP PTP
• SAP ECC6 and/or SAP S/4HANA experience
• Minimum 2 full project lifecycle implementations/support engagements
• Configuration and support experience
• Integration knowledge with other SAP modules
• Agile methodology experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated/global environments
• Exposure to SAP Fiori
• Experience working with offshore/onshore teams
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and process optimization

Screening Criteria

• Relevant SAP module experience between 2–5 years
• Hands-on SAP ECC6 or S/4HANA exposure
