Role Overview

The SAP OTC Systems Analyst will support global SAP project execution, enhancements, testing, deployment and production support activities across Order-to-Cash processes including Sales Orders, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, Returns and Customer Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end SAP project lifecycle activities including design, build, testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Coordinate with business users, development teams and external vendors.
• Support IT testing, SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Ensure adherence to Agile delivery and ITIL processes.
• Support change requests and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with global SAP teams and architects.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong experience in SAP OTC
• SAP ECC6 and/or SAP S/4HANA experience
• Minimum 2 full project lifecycle implementations/support engagements
• Configuration and support experience
• Integration knowledge with other SAP modules
• Agile methodology experience
