SAP Payroll Consultant (Polish)

Camarade is recruiting a permanent SAP Payroll Consultant with hands-on Polish payroll expertise on behalf of our client, one of the world's most established independent SAP HR and Payroll specialists.

This is not a single-project role. You will work across multiple Polish SAP Payroll implementations as a permanent employee, supported by a deep internal community of SAP experts and with clear opportunity to grow into senior and lead positions over time.

Based in Poland. Remote-friendly with project-based travel as required.

Responsibilities

Business Blueprint design for Polish payroll

Client workshops, requirements definition and sign-off

SAP Payroll (PY-PL) configuration to agreed specifications

Unit testing and configuration documentation

UAT guidance and parallel payroll run management

Cutover execution alongside data migration teams

Post go-live Hypercare support

Your profile

Proven hands-on SAP Payroll (PY-PL) configuration experience

Strong knowledge of Polish payroll legislation and statutory requirements

At least one full end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation delivered

Confident working directly with clients and leading workshops with HR and payroll stakeholders

Takes ownership of deliverables and follows through to sign-off

Fluent in Polish and English, written and spoken
