Pentoz is seeking a skilled
SAP IS-Higher Education & Research (IS-HER)
Expert to lead digital transformation across student lifecycle management, research administration, and academic operations. You’ll help implement a unified, intelligent campus platform supporting institutions of the future.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and implement
SAP IS-HER modules
for:
Student Lifecycle Management (SLCM)
Admissions, Enrollment, Curriculum, and Examination Management
Academic Advising and Financial Aid
Research Projects, Grants, and Funding Management
Integrate IS-HER with
SAP FI/CO, HR, and CRM
to enable cross-functional academic and administrative operations
Streamline student services and campus workflows through
Fiori apps
, self-service portals, and mobile accessibility
Ensure compliance with education policies, accreditation standards, and research governance
Collaborate with registrars, faculty, IT teams, and administrators to enhance academic agility and student engagement
You Bring
4+ years of experience implementing or supporting
SAP IS-HER / SLCM
solutions for universities or research institutions
Strong knowledge of
campus administration
,
student finance
, and
research lifecycle management
Familiarity with
SAP S/4HANA for Higher Education
,
Fiori UX
, and
integration with LMS platforms
Experience with
reporting and analytics
for academic performance, funding, and compliance
Excellent communication skills and experience working with both IT and academic stakeholders
