Job Description This is a remote position. SAP BODI Expert: Integrate Data. Drive Insights. Fuel Digital Decisions. Pentoz is seeking a seasoned SAP BODI (BusinessObjects Data Integrator) Expert to lead the development of enterprise-grade ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) solutions. You’ll be responsible for integrating data across SAP and non-SAP systems to enable real-time business intelligence, reporting, and analytics. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading workflows using SAP BODI Build robust data pipelines between ERP, CRM, legacy systems , and data warehouses Integrate BODI with SAP BusinessObjects , SAP BW , Oracle , SQL Server , and other enterprise platforms Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and error handling across all ETL processes Collaborate with BI, analytics, and business teams to enable decision-making through clean, timely, and structured data You Bring 4+ years of experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Integrator (BODI) or Data Services (BODS) Strong expertise in ETL design, data profiling, and performance tuning Hands-on experience integrating with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and external data sources Familiarity with data cleansing, metadata management , and data governance practices Proficiency in SQL scripting , data modeling , and job scheduling/monitoring Requirements SAP BODI/BODS, ETL Development, SAP ECC/S4 Integration, SQL, Data Warehousing, Data Quality, Performance Optimization, BusinessObjects, Metadata Management Benefits Power data-driven growth at one of India’s most ambitious digital enterprises Work remotely with innovative teams across finance, hospitality, staffing, and logistics Play a key role in unifying and activating enterprise data for real-time decisions Help shape high-performance data infrastructure for multi-sector intelligence
