Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Specialist at Sapience Learning Aura AI. The Sales Specialist will identify, prospect, and qualify leads within HR, L&D, and talent development functions at mid-to-large enterprises, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing. Responsibilities include conducting product demos, presenting tailored value propositions, and clearly articulating how Sapience Aura supports learning and development outcomes. The role involves maintaining a strong sales pipeline, updating CRM records, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and feedback loops. The Sales Specialist will also nurture long-term relationships, provide post-sale support in partnership with customer success, and stay informed about market trends in corporate learning, HR tech, and AI.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years Experience in B2B Edtech Sales
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders, handle objections, and build trust with enterprise clients.
• Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or L&D solutions.
• Sales Management and pipeline management capabilities, including forecasting, CRM proficiency, and structured follow-up processes.
• Ability to deliver Training and product demonstrations to client teams, explaining technical features in clear, business-focused language.
• Comfort working remotely with high self-motivation, time management, and accountability for individual outcomes.
• Familiarity with corporate L&D, HR processes, or talent development strategies is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Nice to have: experience selling into India, UAE, or Southeast Asia markets, and interest in learning, AI, and leadership development.
